For now, here is the organization.

The Grand Master is the leader of the Order

Below him are the Grand Commander (religious & military affairs), the Grand Chancellor (internal & foreign affairs), the Grand Hospitaller (humanitarian & charity activities), and the Seneschal (financial & ownership affairs)
The Grand Chapter is the legislative body, which elects all officials and makes important decisions. The members of this group are elected every year.
The affairs of a particular denomination are managed by a Marshal, while an Overseer handles Order business within a particular nation.
